Analyze and interpret general accounting and payroll/labor distribution data to ensure validity and accuracy. Perform related monthly financial closing reviews and general ledger analysis. Coordinate and control data to prepare reports for actual results, forecasts and budgets. Ad hoc reporting as required.

• Conduct Monthly close processes / activities including preparation of closing reporting package and dashboards for distribution to upper management.
• Support payroll process, including analysis of key payroll expense accounts, analyzing and investigating trends in payroll expense, and reviewing classification of payroll expense in cost centers and cost elements.
• Run weekly labor distribution transactions in SAP once payroll is posted, including the reconciliation of any error reports to ensure proper cost allocations.
• Assist payroll department and cost center owners with trend analysis, explanations, and cost center reclasses as it relates to payroll and related benefits expenses.
• Perform accurate and timely reconciliations of various general ledger accounts.
• Compile data and prepare reports to track actual vs. target performance for various KPIs.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested.
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting and analysis capabilities and perform special projects to improve process efficiency as assigned by Management.
