LeaseQuery is seeking recent accounting graduates or accountants with two to three years of accounting experience to join our rapidly expanding team. The LeaseQuery Accounting Management Program (LAMP) provides accounting professionals with a 360-degree view of our business, product, technology, systems and processes – and is rooted in extensive cross-functional training.

LeaseQuery's headquarters is located in Atlanta, GA, but this role can sit 100% remote.

What you will be doing:

    • Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Implementations, Operations, Data and Analytics, Client Services, Sales, and Product Development.
    • Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, product capabilities, and develops lease accounting expertise that affect each phase of business.
    • Sets performance goals and objectives with management.
    • Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.
    • Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
    • Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.

What skills and experience we need you to have:

    • Bachelor's in Accounting required.
    • Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
    • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
    • Position requires proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
