This role will ensure excellence in client interaction at all levels through the support of national and regional sales, account management, customer service, and marketing efforts. This individual will support the strategic growth and management of national accounts, assist with new and ongoing customer facing projects, and help prepare content for regular customer meetings. This role will assist with building and maintaining sales and account management processes, resources, and tools to ensure customer-facing teams in the field are successful and effective. Cross-functional collaboration and a proactive problem-solving approach are key for success in this position.

Essential Job Functions (include the following):

Account Management & Sales Support

  • Assist with customer business reviews & content creation at the national and local level
    • Support national account rollouts and coordination across pharmacy locations
    • Maintain, update, and distribute national & regional account data in Salesforce
    • Support customer adoption rate efforts and same-store sales
    • Prepare & validate requested reports for national & regional customers
    • Assist the National Sales Team with top provider identification & data gathering
    • Additional administrative/support tasks as needed

Salesforce Administration

  • Manage & support all users on the Salesforce platform
  • Drive projects to enhance Salesforce functionality & improve user experience
  • Manage Salesforce relationship, including relationships with support vendor (CloudPerformer)

Resource Design & Maintenance

  • Assist with creating and designing sales and account management resources and tools
  • Maintain online database of sales and account management resources and tools
  • Drive efforts to streamline and standardize resources and processes across pharmacy locations
  • Spend time with field teams, observing onsite processes and needs to drive resource creation
  • Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed

Education and/or Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required (business, marketing, sales preferred)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience, preferably in sales or account coordination/support
  • Ability to work independently, deliver to deadlines, and solve problems with minimal direction
  • Self-starter with time management skills and a “get things done” attitude
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Quality minded – motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate
  • Must be proficient in use of MS Office i.e., MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform a plus

Work Environment:

  • Requires desk work in office environment, and up to 30% travel.
  • Requires ability to work flexible hours when necessary.
