Responsible for the attainment of defined sales objectives for all products and services within a specified market for the Exclusive Brand Dealers (Bentley, Lamborghini, Bugatti). In conjunction with the Senior Area Manager (“SAM”), US Sales, develop an annual sales business plan, assess competitive factors within the market, and provide dealer development activity through regular and effective dealer contact.
Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development
Responsible for attainment of regional performance targets (volume, penetration) related to core products (retail and lease) as well as voluntary protection products performance targets (volume, revenue) for new and pre-owned business.
Manager dealer enrollment and achieve KPI of product usage for the ExB Digital Contracting Program.
Effectively manage all other products and programs developed for the region.
Actively manage the development and implementation of dealer specific action plans to address deficiencies in target completion or the resolution of other pertinent issues.
Identify issues within assigned dealers to develop enhanced F&I performance.
Develop regional marketing proposals, programs, and special award programs funded from the Regional Incentive budget.
Region Management
Manage dealer contact schedule within the specified guidelines and completion of documentation within the dealer contact management system (KADO).
Act as liaison with other corporate departments for coordination of issues with dealers.
Manage the collection and communication of competitive data. Evaluate the impact of competitive situations on regional performance and make recommendations for appropriate counter measures.
Dealer Relationship Management
Support sound Dealer Satisfaction Management through the identification, communication, and mitigation of issues that adversely impact dealer satisfaction.
Responsible for the administration of Dealer Training Programs with the Region.
Responsible for presentations to dealer groups and at Exclusive Brands field management meetings as required.
Review Dealer Maturity Lists with assigned dealers.
Provide Communication and dealer training on new programs and products.
Fulfill responsibilities required by pertinent Company Directives with regards to Dealer Enrollment, Dealer Termination, and/or Dealer Corrective Actions.
Importer Coordination
Coordinate joint dealer contacts with Importers where appropriate. Coordinate resolutions to issues specific to the Region.
Responsible for presentations at field management meetings and attendance at various corporate and dealer events as required.
Other
Responsible for the completion of special development projects as assigned by the Director, Sales and/or SAM.
Maximize return on all remarketed vehicles by assisting OEM, dealer and the ExB Remarketing department throughout the sale process. (including; auction issues, dealer direct purchase issues, title transfer, inspection of units offered for sale, and any purchase incentive program such as transport assist)
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
Business degree or MBA preferred.
Experience (Job and Industry):
10+ years of automotive OEM -Dealer sales/F&I and/or Captive financial services experience, preferably with a concentration in sales/business development and captive finance operations (credit, collections, customer service, remarketing, and dealer finance).
Skills:
Ability to effectively work with Importer personnel, dealers, and outside vendors.
Commitment to excellence – quality driven.
Proven effectiveness in selling ability.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Computer proficient with MS Office applications required.
Ability to develop and articulate an operational strategy for assigned dealers.
Ability to effectively negotiate or mediate difficult situations.
Must have in-depth Importer product knowledge

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must be able to move about in the office to access office equipment and etc. Must be able to communicate and exchange information verbally with management and co-workers.
