Job Summary:
As a Digital Media Manager, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns reaching, acquiring and engaging Sharecare's enterprise consumers. You will be responsible for optimizing multi-channel campaigns, delivering performance guarantees, and driving consumer retention on our mobile app platform.
An ideal candidate has a strong background in programmatic advertising, paid media buys, and ROI management. As a member of the Member Acquisition and Engagement team, you will play a pivotal role in developing strategy, analyzing messaging performance, and applying statistics-based market intelligence to formulate recommendations on optimizing engagement metrics to help drive optimal ROI and KPIs.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for acquiring eligible members to Sharecare's mobile app platform and driving engagement
Partner with sales and marketing managers to plan and manage programmatic campaigns across all enterprise clients
Leverage your prior media experience across paid media channels- Display, Video, Social, Audio, Native, and ConnectedTV
Negotiate, onboard and maintain non-programmatic traffic partners and marketing technology vendors
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data and translate that analysis into key insights and make strategic recommendations to the marketing managers
Identify and deliver KPIs and tangible ROI to the business
Report key findings, showcase success stories, and share recommendations for campaign/channel optimization with our marketing team
Implement and track SMS marketing programs, adjust messages and plans based on results, and roll out winning tactics on a wider scale
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years in a digital media buying role with experience working with 3rd party bidding tools, DSPs, SSPs and Ad Exchanges
Experience acquiring users onto a mobile app preferred
2+ years of hands-on experience specifically related to DSPs (preferably The Trade Desk) and familiarity with various measurement tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, mobile app marketing attribution platforms)
Knowledge of AdTech ecosystem and/or programmatic industry strongly preferred; comfort with online advertising metrics and KPIs required
Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
