Responsibilities include:
Assisting in identifying optimal engagement strategy and campaign structure to reach consumers when and where they are most receptive
Creating new and creative growth strategies for organic and paid digital marketing campaigns focused on acquisition and engagement
Managing the email, SMS texting, and website marketing channels to drive traffic, conversion, and growth
Deploying email marketing automation, including email campaigns and one-off emails, landing pages, and forms for lead generation
Tests, analyzes, and reports on e-mail campaign performance. Identifies trends and opportunities for improved open, click-thru, and conversion rates
Identifying opportunities to improve/innovate the user experience with our digital content by adopting leading practices in content taxonomy, curation, effective web language, and search
Recommending content and webpage updates for member experience optimization
Coordinating with the marketing designer and content lead to generate digital and print advertising material
Supporting the implementation of go-to-market strategy to grow new and existing products, audiences, and promotions including B2B segment
Monitoring and sharing digital trends and introducing new strategies to grow student audience
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
3-6 years of marketing experience, with experience centered around acquisition and engagement via digital marketing channels including social media (including Facebook advertising), email, website, and online
Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
Experience managing SEO and SEM campaigns
Ability to deliver creative content, grasp future trends in digital technologies, and act proactively
Data-driven mindset
Team player and strategic thinker combined with strong, detail-oriented execution skills
Exceptional communication skills
