Role Overview:

Gridline is opening up the market for alternative asset investment. As such, you will create multichannel integrated marketing campaigns that educate, engage, and convert our audiences on the opportunity for investing in this rapidly growing asset class.

Your campaigns will educate the individual investor, investment advisor community, and institutional investors on private equity and other private market investment opportunities, including the massive opportunity for value creation by fund investments on the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, architect and implement multichannel integrated marketing campaigns encompassing email, web, content, social, webinars, events, and a variety of other tactics to grow Gridline awareness and engagement.

  • Drive end-to-end program execution: Initial program definition, creation of program components, execution processes, success measurement, and reporting.

  • Together with our creative team and agency partners, design and implement campaign assets such as web and landing pages, CTAs, display advertising and emails. Work closely with the Content Marketing team to ideate and produce content of all forms including text, audio and video.

  • Organize and communicate a detailed campaign calendar detailing messaging and tactics to be used and the projected results.

  • Design nurture marketing campaigns for individual investors, RIA’s, institutions and fund managers.

  • Measure and report on performance of demand generation programs and campaigns and collaborate with the broader marketing team to improve campaign performance, velocity, and effectiveness.

  • Align with the Product team to integrate messaging that drives engagement across the buyer journey.

  • Collaborate with Content Marketing and Product teams to test and optimize campaign and product messaging.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation marketing campaigns, with proven ownership of end-to-end campaign planning from execution to measurable results.

  • Experience in the fintech or financial markets industry experience is a huge plus. Marketing for SaaS or similar technology also a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of key marketing principles and best practices across all marketing channels.

  • Strong project management skills to plan, execute and report on multiple marketing projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.

  • Thorough understanding of key metrics across various tactics, from initial response levels all the way through to conversion rates for MQLs and opportunities.

  • Experience in audience segmentation and campaign analytics.

  • Bachelor's degree.
