We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. We are searching for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and member of a talented and dynamic team of lawyers, paralegals and staff.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be part of the Global Digital Marketing team and liaise with colleagues around the world to maintain and convert the Firm’s international profile into profitable new business opportunities and long-lasting relationships. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is an energetic, creative thinker and dynamic team member who can help shape and execute digital strategy.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supports the Digital Marketing team in the delivery of the Eversheds Sutherland brand across digital channels (e.g., global website, social media, paid advertising, etc.).
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of digital marketing, including email and paid media, so as to be able to communicate across channels.
  • Collaborates with marketing and business development colleagues across the globe to promote the use of digital marketing best practices and to understand what’s effective for specific markets.
  • Supports the gathering and delivery of analytical reports to key stakeholders within the Firm.
  • Supports the application of effective technical and content/keyword tactics by implementing SEO best practices and related content management techniques to Firm digital assets (website, blogs, mobile apps, etc.).
  • Uses Adobe Creative Cloud and online software to design and edit interactive e-marketing tools, e-banners, profile photographs and iconography.
  • Helps to ensure that the Firm’s brand guidelines are met throughout all digital marketing campaigns, working with design colleagues to pursue ‘digital first’ approaches.
  • Manages and contributes to webinar and webcast production, and to wider marketing projects, as requested.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or adjacent fields of study from an accredited college or university is preferred. Demonstrated continuing education or certification in digital marketing will be considered.
  • 2-4 years of digital marketing experience. A law firm or professional services background is ideal.
  • Experience using analytical platforms to measure digital performance and provide usable insights to improve content, process, engagement efforts, etc.
  • Ability to generate ideas and explain their merits with clarity and logic.
  • Ability to synthesize meetings and interactions into specific next steps.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, leveraging project management tools and best practices to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An enthusiastic, ‘can do’ approach that inspires confidence in others; a willingness to roll up sleeves when called upon.
  • Creative flair and ability to create eye-catching imagery and interactive e-marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Skilled in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, primarily Photoshop.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using a content management system (CMS) to edit and deliver content.
  • Experience with social media tools and SEM/SMM platforms is a plus.
  • General understanding of SEO best practices and application.
