Position Purpose:
As The Home Depot Retail Media+ Account Manager, you will be responsible for helping to grow advertising partnerships. We work cross-functionally with The Home Depot Ad Sales, Product, and Merchandising teams. Externally, we work with Brand Managers, Analytics, and E-Commerce teams, as well as their National Media and Shopper Marketing agencies. Account Managers need to excel in problem solving and spearhead process execution. The ability to follow through on projects and maintain accountability is critical for this role. This role is highly collaborative, working across Creative, Sales, Product, Retail, and External Teams. The Account Manager's strategic and consultative digital expertise is considered critical to unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:


Business Insights- 30%

  • Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights & recommendations that influence short term / long term digital media strategy
  • Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data driven approach on programmatic and DSP

Collaborates- 25%

  • Partnering closely with campaign management on inventory availability, scheduling, campaign activation, trafficking & optimizations

Drives Results- 45%

  • Work cross-functionally with sales and broad organization to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction
  • Become expert on The Home Depot Retail Media+ solutions, with a specific focus
  • Develop annual brand and media strategies for growth based on a deep understanding of the advertisers' business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Develop campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations per brand and product line
  • Providing frequent communication and updates with clients and internal stakeholders regarding campaigns
  • Supporting monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and delivery
  • Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to achieve greater results at The Home Depot

Standard Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Education Required
Bachelors Degree

Years of Relevant Work Experience
3+ years of experience in digital advertising and client facing roles

Physical Job Requirements
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with digital media/marketing strategy, data analysis, data analytics & visualization and best practices to assess performance drivers
Experience in ecommerce marketing or ecommerce retail
Experience in Omni-channel Marketing, Search Engine Marketing or Search Engine Optimization
Experience in programmatic and familiarity with DSP platforms (managed service and self-service)
Media planning capabilities
Success in optimizing products and services based on client needs
Experience building strong relationships internally and externally
Adept at solving problems that span business and technology
Influence process improvement that scales broadly; inventing and simplifying within existing processes
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
Demonstrated success working with cross-functional and revenue-generating teams within a large complex organization.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
4 year degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or Business; MBA is a plus
