Corporate Financial Services (CFS) is a Division that focuses on delivering products to high volume payment processing companies (Payroll Processors, Third Party Payment Providers, FinTechs, etc). It also has specialty lines of businesses services Franchise Lending and Private Capital Solutions. The CFS Administration team provides a variety of support functions to those revenue generating units; Card/Fintech Program Management, Product Strategy, Data/Metrics Reporting & Management, Budgeting and Finance, Capital Investment plans, Divisional and Product Policies and Procedures, Audit Support, FBO Recon, Industry and Vendor Research, etc. This position is a newly created position that will report directly to the EVP/Director of CFS Administration.
Support the Executive of CFS Administration and its department through;
Helping to build, maintain and distribute management reporting and statistics tracking (Product Statistics, Financial and Profitability Measurement, Industry Research, etc)
Helping partner with the Sales team members and with Marketing to assist in preparing for industry conferences, industry periodical and social marketing, helping with sales packaging and slicks, etc.
Supporting in building and maintaining our internal web pages and partnering with corporate marketing as they work with CFS leadership and sales in establishing and maintaining external facing marketing sites
Supporting as needed organizing and facilitating travel plans, conference coordination, sales sponsored events and readiness, etc.
Working with the CFS Manager of Product and Data Management and with Head of Card_ FinTech Program Management as they develop department policy and procedures documentation. Assisting in helping scribe as directed new or updated documentation, organization and storage of that documentation and building a library of what is documented (publishing where required)
Supporting the department as needed in participating in business and client meetings to help with documenting those discussions, tracking action items and potentially helping with executing on any as defined
Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Competencies
Proven ability to work across reporting structures and building relationships that drive to a high performing organization
Strong excel and spreadsheet capabilities, with the ability to learn further Business Intelligence tools
Strong graphic and marketing experience
Strong working knowledge and the ability to learn other tools in the management and building of web sites, collaboration sites, document management, etc.
Strong communication skills and ability to edit and proof professional and business narratives and communications
Strong working knowledge of tools such as MS PowerPoint and other marketing and presentation tools
Ability to be very detailed oriented in quantitative and qualitative research; being able to summarize for others clearly at an Executive level
Qualifications
Comparable work related experience in the disciplines and tools as expressed
3-7 Years of experience in the Commercial Banking and supporting multiple departments
Experience in an Operational and Sales organizations
Proven experience in working relationships with Senior and Executive Management
