Help take our business to the next level! In this role, you will partner with sales process and tool subject matter experts and sales leaders to identify how to best develop and deliver virtual learning for Sellers across the globe. Help HPE Sellers know the right tool and where to find it through virtual instruction, 1-on-1 demos, video learning, and job aids. Help make selling easier and connect the outcomes HPE Sellers are driving in an ever-changing market. This is a critical role in supporting our as-a-Service strategy by helping HPE Sellers utilize the best tools and practices available while they sell.

How You'll Make Your Mark:


  • Delivers highly complex and innovative learning solutions to a technically advanced individual contributor, management, and executive audience to engage the learner, encourage participation, and produce desired outcomes.
  • Leads the creation and identification of instructional and delivery methods using various learning solutions and the latest most innovative technologies, including coaching and acting as a subject matter expert in multiple content domains.
  • Expertly manages a learning environment with limited advance preparation, constructive feedback, and prediction of and response to learner needs.
  • Establishes credibility by demonstrating mastery of solution content, providing relevant business examples, and helping learners apply learning to on-the-job situations and real world problems.
  • Anticipates and provides leadership to incorporate legal, ethical, and cultural issues relevant for solution delivery by acting as a role model and mentor.
  • Develops an informal learning community and extends the learning relationship beyond the formal classroom.

Impact and Scope:

  • Leads corporate-, business-, or function-wide delivery solutions that impact a majority of business units globally.
  • Typically partners directly with regional Sales leads and senior subject matter experts.

About You:

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 10+ years in a training delivery or equivalent role.
  • Typically 10+ years demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Superior planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills, including financial and global business acumen.
  • Superior ability to quickly lead the adoption of new, complex technologies and concepts.
  • Mastery in evaluating differences in learning styles within an audience and tailor delivery solutions accordingly.
  • Superior familiarity with learning content and delivery solutions.
  • Superior delivery skills including teaching, facilitating, and mentoring capability.
