AECOM is hiring an Architectural Designer for our Atlanta, GA office to work on high-profile projects.

Specific responsibilities include:
Prepare designs, renderings, sketches, schematic and working drawings to illustrate design solutions.

Work closely with a Senior Architect, independently preparing and presenting client-focused design solutions to project team members.

Prepare and review drawings during all design phases.

Will coordinate and collaborate in activities with employees in other disciplines and departments, internally and externally.

In collaboration with a Senior Architect, perform technical assignments of moderate complexity consistent with approved schedules and budgets.

Support the pursuit of exciting new projects with graphics and 3D Presentations.

Develop construction documents using Autodesk Revit software and select and specify materials.

Minimum Requirements

+ Bachelor of Architecture from a NAAB accredited program with Four (4) years minimum of experience in architectural design or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

+ A minimum of 4 years of experience with project design and construction document production, and standard construction techniques and principles.

+ A minimum of 4 years of experience with building materials and detailing, and construction documents organization.

+ A minimum of 4 years of working experience with Autodesk Revit.

+ A minimum of 2 years of experience with AutoCAD.

+ A minimum of 2 years of experience interfacing with senior representatives of client organizations.

+ Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Registered Architect License & Certification

+ Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup
