The Atlanta campus of the South College Physician Assistant Studies program is hiring to support its increased cohort size, and is actively seeking highly motivated, team-oriented individuals to join its experienced team of didactic faculty. General Responsibilities include:
Instruct didactic year students, participating as Course Director as directed
Evaluate, revise, and coordinate didactic courses
Participate in simulation and lab activities throughout the curriculum
Participate in the evaluation and development of curriculum
Participate in committees at the department and college levels
Participate in service learning activities while supervising students
Provide feedback at the Annual Curriculum Review
Mentor and advise physician assistant students
Participate in scholarly and research activities; maintain CME requirements
Participate in ongoing accreditation activities

Position Requirements:
Graduate of ARC-PA accredited program
Current NCCPA certification
Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies
Eligible for licensure in Georgia
At least 3 years or more of teaching or clinical experience

Adept interpersonal and communication skills
Skillful problem-solving capabilities
An ability to work effectively in a team environment with faculty, staff and administration
