We're seeking a rockstar team member who will help create the hospitality experience our clients and their guests shout from the rooftops!

For most guests this is their first time making a booking on a travel website. The guest contact would help make the experience as smooth as possible for guests before, during, and after their stay.

This is a mid level position, perfect for those really looking to grow and expand their horizons in the hospitality and tourism industries. Your role would entail responding to booking requests and guest inquiries, answering calls and messages from active and arriving guests, and helping out with marketing and administrative work in between guest interactions. This is an in office position with the potential option to work from home one day a week. While our headquarters are in Atlanta, we also have locations in Dallas, TX, Houston, TX and Philadelphia, PA.

About us: We are a boutique agency in the Corporate housing and vacation rental industry. We started as a concept three years ago, offering guest care and cleaning services for those renting their homes on Airbnb. We've since expanded our product to full service management specializing in luxury rentals throughout the world. As a young company, there is so much room to grow along with us!

Requirements: Native level fluency in english, and prior customer service experience. Responding to all booking requests for the homes on booking websites (Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, booking.com, etc..) within 15 minutes on average

This job may require you to be "on call" for the hours listed. However, you won’t need to be working that entire time. For example you may have 3-5 inquiries to respond to per hour, each of which will take only a minute to respond to. You will need access to high speed internet throughout the day and available for guests inquiries on an as needed basis between the hours of 8am-11pm EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Current Available Scheduled Hours:

3:00PM-11:00PM Wednesday & Thursday

Weekend

10:00AM-4:00PM

Sundays are Required

35 Hours Per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
