We're looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to help us provide technical and subject matter expertise to some of the world's largest organizations on their social relationship management infrastructure and digital strategy. You'll be working with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and help craft strategies to bring social to their whole organization.


  • Lead discovery sessions with practitioners, directors and executives to uncover key requirements, challenges and opportunities in their business
  • Deliver concise, compelling, value-based presentations and solution overviews, presenting to large audiences of up to 20 people and informally with smaller groups with all levels up to C level
  • Use creative tools and techniques such as storytelling, whiteboarding, theatre, and multimedia to present solutions in a compelling, simple and memorable manner
  • Facilitate customer workshops to surface the deeper business value of our partnership
  • Help sales team meet quarterly revenue objectives while working as part of an extended team on larger and more strategic sales opportunities with multiple resources.
  • Expand opportunities with your account teams to drive bigger deals and more complex solutions for customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on social strategy and the product mix that will best support their strategy


  • Extensive experience in presales, consulting, analyst, digital agency or similar work experience.
  • College or university degree/diploma (or have equivalent industry experience).
  • Vertical knowledge in one or more of our key markets (Financial Services, Government, Retail/CPG, Higher Ed, Travel/Hospitality/Tourism, Healthcare)
  • Highly knowledgeable in Social Media Management Solutions (like Hootsuite)
  • You have strong presentation/facilitation skills with an expertise in storytelling, including experience presenting at large events & conferences
  • Proven track record of meeting business objectives or defined targets
