LinkedIn Tag: #LI-MW1 How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Delta Information Technology is looking for a strategic, collaborative communications professional to join a dynamic Communications and Employee Experience team. In this highly visible role, you would collaborate with IT and Corporate Communications, Human Resources and IT colleagues to provide strategic direction and execution of digital and social media initiatives along with editorial content in support Deltas enviable culture and advance a multi-year transformation program as part of the CIO platform. The coordinator would work cross-functionally to raise our intranet and internal social media profiles to develop a communications channel strategy utilizing all communications channels to deliver thoughtful and engaging communications. Work jointly with communications colleagues and IT clients to create compelling content that informs, inspires and mobilizes IT people and enhances our employee-conscious IT brand.

Lead content generation, production and storytelling by a matrixed team of hardworking team of communications professionals
Source content and optimize editorial workflow for maximum impact across digital platforms including email
Support management of IT all-hands livestream events, video production and virtual meetings
Develop key messages and campaigns to engage a diverse, global team of IT technology professionals
Share responsibility in developing and managing recognition programs and ITevents along with planning and executing related logistics
Manage multiple projects and tasks in a highly matrixed and collaborative environment What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Five to seven years work experience in an agency or corporate setting Ability to collaborate with colleagues and executives in developing messaging and content along with communications plans Experience developing digital communications strategy and channel management, content generation and production Background in internal/employee communications Strong written, verbal and digital communication skills Solid multi-tasking and organizational capabilities working in a fast-paced environment Event management and recognition program experience Ability to anticipate challenges and roadblocks to plan appropriately to mitigate risks as needed with established critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
