Network Partner Engagement Specialist

The Network Partner Engagement team drives partnership strategy and relationship development between New Business Innovation (NBI) and the Networks (Offering Portfolios, Industries, Hybrid Business Leaders) within the core Consulting practice. Collaboration and successful partnership between these groups is critical to achieving Consulting's hybrid business aspiration and effectively managing our portfolio of asset-enabled businesses and hybrid businesses.

Powered by its connectivity to both the consulting network and NBI's full suite of capabilities and services, the team plays three key roles to advance the NBI mission:
  • Drive the development of and progress against the shared Innovation & Asset Leader/NBI innovation agenda
  • Steward the NBI story and network experience
  • Advance and activate consulting's innovation POV (as it relates to successfully growing hybrid businesses)
Partnership Engagement Teams sit at the intersection of a select group of OPs and Industries, acting as a single point of contact, convener, way-finder, and advisor for their assigned constituencies. They act as connective tissue, bringing together people, process and technology across the hybrid business lifecycle (from 'front of funnel' ideation through building and scaling) to strategically support leaders as they advance Consulting's hybrid business agenda.

Work You'll Do

As an Engagement Team Member, you will have a pulse on 'in-flight' activities across NBI and the networks. In this role, you will partner closely with the Engagement Manager to regularly engage Innovation & Asset Leaders (I&ALs) and their teams to advance strategy, surface issues, facilitate information exchanges, manage requests for data, etc.
  • Conduct analysis and shape recommendations to drive deeper strategic conversations with IAL teams
  • Develop communications materials, guidance documents and executive briefings to support all engagement with the I&ALs, colleagues in NBI and the leaders of hybrid businesses
  • Drive key strategic initiatives and sprint projects in support of the Shared I&AL/NBI Agenda
  • Support effective innovation portfolio management through data collection, analysis and visualization
  • Codify lessons learned and best practices, driving activation across key stakeholder groups in the Network
  • Collaborate deeply with multiple Engagement Teams to drive knowledge sharing and connectivity across the full spectrum of Offering Portfolios and Industries
