The Network Partner Engagement team drives partnership strategy and relationship development between New Business Innovation (NBI) and the Networks (Offering Portfolios, Industries, Hybrid Business Leaders) within the core Consulting practice. Collaboration and successful partnership between these groups is critical to achieving Consulting's hybrid business aspiration and effectively managing our portfolio of asset-enabled businesses and hybrid businesses.
Powered by its connectivity to both the consulting network and NBI's full suite of capabilities and services, the team plays three key roles to advance the NBI mission:
Work You'll Do
As an Engagement Team Member, you will have a pulse on 'in-flight' activities across NBI and the networks. In this role, you will partner closely with the Engagement Manager to regularly engage Innovation & Asset Leaders (I&ALs) and their teams to advance strategy, surface issues, facilitate information exchanges, manage requests for data, etc.
This is primarily a virtual role. (Note: When COVID restrictions lift, it will include 10-15% travel requirements.)

Network Partner Engagement is part of Deloitte Consulting's New Business Innovation (NBI) team, which collaboratively evaluates new technologies and trends-sensing, incubating, and scaling the development of assets to augment the firm's leading services. NBI drives development of Deloitte's emerging hybrid offerings, building a culture of continuous innovation to address our clients' most pressing business challenges, deliver tangible results in the near-term, and create sustainable competitive advantage for the firm.

- Drive the development of and progress against the shared Innovation & Asset Leader/NBI innovation agenda
- Steward the NBI story and network experience
- Advance and activate consulting's innovation POV (as it relates to successfully growing hybrid businesses)
Work You'll Do
As an Engagement Team Member, you will have a pulse on 'in-flight' activities across NBI and the networks. In this role, you will partner closely with the Engagement Manager to regularly engage Innovation & Asset Leaders (I&ALs) and their teams to advance strategy, surface issues, facilitate information exchanges, manage requests for data, etc.
- Conduct analysis and shape recommendations to drive deeper strategic conversations with IAL teams
- Develop communications materials, guidance documents and executive briefings to support all engagement with the I&ALs, colleagues in NBI and the leaders of hybrid businesses
- Drive key strategic initiatives and sprint projects in support of the Shared I&AL/NBI Agenda
- Support effective innovation portfolio management through data collection, analysis and visualization
- Codify lessons learned and best practices, driving activation across key stakeholder groups in the Network
- Collaborate deeply with multiple Engagement Teams to drive knowledge sharing and connectivity across the full spectrum of Offering Portfolios and Industries

Qualifications
Required:
- Team player with a "customer focused" mentality
- Experience with and interest in emerging technologies, new product/innovation strategy and sales & marketing enablement
- 3+ years of experience working across cross-functional / cross-channel stakeholder groups
- 3+ years of proven experience working ability to storyboard effective presentations and recommendations
- Detail orientation in both communications and analytical work
- Proven ability to synthesize complex discussions to clear insights, shape probing/strategic questions
- Experience presenting findings/deliverables with senior leadership as well as technical and non-technical executives and audiences
- Strong skills with MS Office applications: (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bachelors or 4-year degree equivalent
Preferred:
Ability to work independently while supporting other team members in a virtual environment (e.g. coordinate across many constituents)
- Adept at pivoting and balancing varying timelines and team priorities
- Exposure to firm assets/pre-configured solutions, preferred
- Comfort working with all levels of the organization - this role will require engaging with PPMDs and firm leaders
- Current Deloitte professional, familiar with the firm's general structure and policies, preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
