Job Description

The Programs and Enablement team ensures that Services and Customer Success team members have the knowledge and resources they need to create a committed, consistent, and connected experience for Payscale customers.

The Role:

The Training Program Manager II will report to the Manager of Enablement & Programs and will work across the Customer org to develop and execute training to support onboarding, new product and process launches and best-in-class customer experience. This individual will also play a critical role in internal communications around special programs and employee recognition. The ideal candidate will have a strong enablement background, project management skills, solid execution capabilities and engaging presentation skills.

Training & Enablement:

  • Work with your leader to align strategy and priorities for training needs across Customer Success, Support and Services

  • Manage onboarding for Customer org new hires

  • Develop the necessary training materials for live trainings and various training systems such as LevelJump, Highspot and Salesforce

  • Own metrics related to training effectiveness

  • Create/maintain assets related to new offerings and launches

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure alignment in narratives and approach across the business


  • Own customer org facing tools including license management and renewal management

  • Manage and improve upon employee recognition programs

  • Act as the customer organization internal communications liaison to ensure that training focuses and highlights from the business are shared broadly



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field with commensurate experience

  • 3+ years of training enablement experience

  • Experience developing and facilitating onboarding programs

  • Strong project management and execution skills

  • Ability and desire to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across Sales and the Customer org

  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional presentation, communication and writing skills are a must
