This position supports the Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) team at UPS Legal, working closely with our attorneys through all phases of the company’s global M&A transactions. This includes initial deal evaluation through post-closing matters, UPS Ventures portfolio support, enterprise domestic/international strategic initiative support, corporate secretary duties for UPS Ventures entities, and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) negotiation, administration and tracking.
We seek highly motivated candidates who are eager to learn about the field of global M&A and strategic ventures. No particular background/experience is necessary, we instead seek candidates who are driven, excellent team players and communicators, organized and able to project manage against competing priorities. The incumbent must be adept at building relationships, trust, and have demonstrated prior academic/professional success. This position performs other career related responsibilities as assigned.

Demonstrates strong project management and organization skills, with ability to work well under pressure, meet strict deadlines and navigate intensively in fast-moving environment
Displays flexibility to be available as needed and work effectively in a hybrid workplace
Willing to make minimum 1-year commitment
Bachelor's degree (or internationally comparable degree) with a strong academic background
