CKS Packaging, Inc., a leader and growing manufacturer of rigid plastic containers needs new Blow Mold Process Technicians to join the team in the Atlanta, GA area.

We are a family-owned manufacturer of rigid plastic bottles and containers, headquartered in Atlanta looking to add on some additional Technicians with Blow Molding industry experience.

COMPETITIVE PAY BASED ON EXERIENCE AND SKILLS

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Knowledge of extrusion blow molding, one-step molding, two-stage molding, reheat & blow (or blown molding of any sort) or injection molding processes and equipment
• knowledge of Bekum, Fisher Battenfield, Uniloy, Akei, Aoki, Rocheleau, One Blow, Nissei or similar machinery and PET, HDPE or PVC resin very helpful!
• Experience making adjustments to production equipment processes to change material distribution, weights, heights, and other physical properties/dimensions, parison, etc.
• Knowledge of mold change procedures [changeover team, setup tech, process tech, super tech] and steps/methods for line changes
• We are also hiring experienced Blow Mold Machine Operators.
