About our Team

The Global People Analytics (GPA) team is made up of over 300 analytics, reporting, solution architecture, product owner, development, data science, and change management/training professionals around the world whose mission is to provide Accenture business and HR leaders with strategic and operational analytics and insights to enable data-led decision making. About this Role

Our Programs & Operations people are our foundation, making sure that this incredible team has what it needs to be efficient and effective every day. These people focus on our strategic projects and initiatives, internal and external communications, and powering our internal business operations functions including finance, resource management, and information security.

The Change and Communications Specialist partners closely with the GPA change management and program operations team. This team leads and manages the change management, adoption/ readiness and communications portfolio of work, broadly focused on activities that support awareness and enablement across the HR analytics and reporting portfolio including Workday and other platforms (e.g. Insights MarketPlace).


  • Report directly to the HRTIA Strategic Program and Operations Lead to carry out the team’s agenda and day-to-day work activities

  • Understand the overall strategy, priorities, and objectives of the Global People Analytics team and the reporting portfolio

  • Define and execute change and communications plans that bring the change strategy to life, including Stakeholder Assessments

  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments

  • Stakeholder and leadership engagement

  • Communications development and delivery

  • In-app messaging creation and coordination (as relevant)

  • Partner closely with Business and Functional Leads to build expertise on to-be changes

  • Collaborate with enablement partners (ex: Market and MU HR teams, M+C, CIO etc.) to coordinate consistent implementation of change activation down to local level

  • Provide short term post go live change support during stabilization (ex: mailbox responses, FAQ updates, etc.)

  • Collect input to measure progress, including through testimonials, feedback, and insights

Basic Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree, or equivalent and relevant experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in organizational change management and communication

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strongly prefer experience working in data-driven teams/projects-particularly those which are fast paced and constantly changing.

Professional Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated experience developing and delivering compelling communications.

  • Master/Expert/Native English language proficiency.

  • Ability to work seamlessly across the team/portfolio to execute on our priorities.

  • Comfortable working with people in various types of roles including with technically-skilled people and translating technical language to communications that are meaningful to the business.

  • Willingness to jump in to help in areas outside of your immediate scope to contribute and impact our team in a positive way.

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $56,484 - $129,800 and information on benefits offered is here.
