The Digital and Direct Product Management team works with the technology team to enhance and create new experiences on and the Fly Delta Apps. As the Sr. Product Analyst for Deltas Digital Communications Team, youll work to ensure customers have a seamless end-to-end experience on Deltas Digital Communication channels. Youll support Messaging, Virtual Assistant, and Notifications product roadmaps across channels. Youll review the performance for your products regularly and identify new opportunities for growth. You help keep stakeholders up-to-date. Youre comfortable with ambiguity, manage relationships, have a bias toward action and take products to market quickly on behalf of Deltas customers.


Support product roadmap for Messaging, Virtual Assistant, and Notifications across Deltas Digital channels.
Support complex and multi-phased projects. Lead small projects independently.
Develop products and new features from conception to launch.
Analyze product performance, customer feedback and market opportunities.
Support Sr. Product Manager(s) in leading teams of IT developers, UX designers, and cross-functional business teams to successfully deliver initiatives. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

18 months or more of work experience in product management, consulting, finance or sales.
Positive, humble, curious and can-do attitude that inspires others.
Strong analytic, written and oral communication skills.
Experience leading digital projects, enhancements and optimization testing in an agile environment required.
Experience preparing executive presentations.
Familiarity with native mobile messaging tools such as Apple Business Chat, Google Business Messages, SMS, MMS and rich push notifications
Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

BS/BA Preferred.
Understanding of how new technologies are developed and deployed preferred.
Knowledge of Delta Air Lines, the airline industry, retail, travel landscape or consumer insights preferred.
Experience with VersionOne, Adobe Analytics (Omniture/Site Catalyst) and Adobe Experience Manager preferred.
