Summary:

Reporting to the M&A Communications Manager, the Integration Communication Specialist is responsible to assist in the communication execution for new acquisitions into OneDigital. Working closely with the M&A integration and marketing teams, the Integration Communication Specialist will ensure the timely delivery of all communication components related to the exceptional customer transition experience for newly acquired offices. Also, the role is responsible for implementing, updating and maintaining external and internal marketing systems to track new offices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Assist in multiple new office communication migrations
  • Delivering external outreach communications for legacy office customer base
  • Craft and build out email campaign (Dynamics 365 Marketing)
  • Draft a variety of different content to support email marketing efforts
  • Analyze email list health and segmentation strategy
  • Segment audiences based on predefined attributes and demographic data
  • Craft and build out press release (WordPress/Adobe Illustrator)
  • Update intranet with new office location
  • Works closely with various departments to ensure internal data is accurately documented
  • Research and evaluate new technology tools

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Proactive, energetic, and ready to dive in and get your hands dirty
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects with concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced, independent or team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, disciplined, overall inclined to action
  • Highly organized work style with a rigorous attention to detail and strong analytical ability
  • Specific understanding of how to create logos through marketing platforms (Adobe Illustrator, Canva …)
  • Specific understanding of how to build and execute email campaigns through email marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Constant Contact or something simliar)
  • Ability to build strong lasting relationships
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and grow as a result

Education, Training and Experience:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in employee benefits, insurance, healthcare, or professional services with increasing responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Information Design or a related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Comfort with technology and demonstrated experience with much of the following: social, (Sprout Social, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, FB, etc.) digital, (D365 for Mktg, Eloqua, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, UberFlip, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Google Analytics), design (InDesign, Illustrator, Prezi, PowerPoint, Canva), as well as one or more organizational platforms (Office 365, Trello, Wrike, OneNote, Teams, Planner)
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet work management software, a plus
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and departments (sales, IT, client services)
