We’re on the for a lead to join us in our mission to make change happen. Your role will be to spearhead employee communications for the firm.

Day to day, you’ll be building and executing our employee communications strategy, maintaining regular communications channels, and supporting both our internal and external brand presence. You’ll be an integral part of bringing both our brand and our ‘enviable culture’ to life.

Our Brand and Communications Specialist will be responsible for owning the employee communications plan – you’ll be the go-to expert on everything that is happening with the firm. You’ll also be able to distill messages down to digestible comms to our people, through the relevant channels. And working alongside our Brand team, you’ll bring our enviable culture and brand messages to life for our employees. You’ll also support on exciting brand initiatives including advertising campaigns, events and award submissions.

Own the firm-wide employee communications plan in conjunction with the Brand team, which aligns employees to the firm’s strategy
Ensure firm initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications channels, e.g., intranet, weekly newsletter, select leadership emails, executive toolkits, etc.
Organize content for quarterly Firm-wide calls, and assist in preparation of monthly Executive Calls
Support ‘enviable culture’ aspirations with management of culture communications program
Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums, departments, and external go to market narratives
Support internal brand promotion, culture calendar and creation of content that supports brand messaging
Support social content creation linked to brand, culture and firm news
Support with external brand campaigns and events
Support external awards program including writing submissions and building internal and external promotional campaigns


While we hope you’ll do a lot of learning and growing with us, there are a few things we would love to see from you. We are looking for you to bring your impeccable writing skills, attention to detail, technical acumen, and passion for brand and culture.

Experience. 2-4 years experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, as well as email-based service like Mailchimp is a must too and professional services or agency background a plus.
Passion and expertise for employee comms. You’ll need the drive to be a leading force for us here—one that simplifies messages and communicates them effectively, creates real value, and keeps our internal brand consistent.

Digital skills: Familiarity with information technology, especially digital programs like Mailchimp, SharePoint and the Microsoft Office suite is essential. Video editing skills a plus.
Exceptional people, proofing, writing and communications skills. With experience interacting and forming strong relationships with internal stakeholders, collaborating with teams and executives to build credible and consistent internal communications channels.
Accountability and project management. Our Specialist will need to take ownership for the quality completion of deliverables. Always keeping projects on track and keeping an eye on the details. You’ll need to demonstrate creative storytelling too.
A bachelor’s degree. Preferably in journalism, public relations, marketing or related field with communications emphasis/interest. This must be from an accredited college or university. A master’s degree and/or professional certificates are bonuses.

Our offices are Headquartered in Atlanta, GA but we are open to remote working possibilities.
