The Global Marketing team at Delta Air Lines is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Email & SMS Channels Team. This role is part of Marketing Operations and offers a unique opportunity to guide the transformation of both our employee-facing and customer-facing efforts.
Were looking for an experienced leader who can help further elevate the role of this team, Deltas email communications, and help us chart our SMS strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop an experienced, passionate, and enthusiastic team that is focused on campaign-level initiatives and execution
Responsible for managing the Email and SMS channel roadmap and for setting and executing on strategies and tactics to help us meet company and revenue goals
Work with the team and stakeholders to identify opportunities to automate/scale solutions in order to support an organization that must pivot and scale at a rapid pace
Support the development and growth of our Email Center of Excellence and Enablement across the enterprise, helping to up-gage Deltas approach to employee and customer communications
Provide guidance and recommendations on support needed for creative development, deployments, and other services needed to successfully execute on our email and SMS strategy

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
7+ years experience in email marketing, marketing automation, product management, customer research, analytics, or a related field Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proven track record of working autonomously yet collaborative, being able to handle multiple large-scale initiatives, and deliver results that raise the bar Prior experience successfully leading a cross-functional team with multiple delivery channels and key stakeholders Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience is strongly preferred Team player who is driven to take ownership of opportunities and can manage multiple parallel projects while delivering quality solutions on schedule Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority High school education or GED equivalent Must be performing satisfactorily in current position Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by the date of hire to be considered for US-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing or technical field
Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and growing a team
