Based in the Atlanta office, the Canada Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting digital marketing campaigns for strategizing, implementing, and maintaining digital marketing efforts through a variety of channels - including SEM, Email, Paid Social, Affiliate and others. This person will be responsible for developing and building demand generation and digital marketing programs to meet revenue goals. This role will also be responsible for developing omnichannel and retail marketing programs to meet offline traffic and revenue goals. The successful candidate should possess strong skills in marketing strategy and digital marketing.

This position requires the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and resources in a fast-paced environment. This person must be self-motivated, organized, flexible and possess the ability to complete projects within aggressive timeframes.


  • (15%) Lead annual marketing plan, reaching performance and sales goals, and managing budget for cartersoshkosh.ca.
  • Manage and optimize budget of $2M+
  • Utilize analytics tools to develop appropriate and profitable marketing mix
  • (15%) In partnership with merchant, brand and retail teams; manage marketing and product cadence for the website and marketing channels
  • Develop strategy and execute creative brief for all marketing assets, to support each channel and promotional campaign
  • Partner with brand and creative teams to execute assets and brand strategies
  • Collaborate with retail team for drive-to-store and omnichannel marketing initiatives
  • (15%) Monitor, track, and report on marketing metrics for all channels, including ROAS & trend analysis, spend optimization
  • Provide strategic insight to develop long and short term execution plans for new and expanding marketing campaigns
  • Update and analyze channel specific marketing reports
  • Develop and present weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing updates to internal stakeholders
  • (20%) Develop appropriate email cadence for both campaign and trigger emails
  • Grow email database
  • Manage trigger email performance and optimizations
  • Optimize email touchpoints and communications as well as multi-brand and channel opportunities
  • (10%) Grow and manage all paid media for Carter’s OshKosh Canada including SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate and Display
  • Lead strategic Bid strategies, creative execution, testing
  • Develop, test, and analyze all programs and strategies to maximize results, drive volume, and reach company targets
  • Utilize web analytics to manage KPIs, goals, channel preference and strategic opportunities based on data
  • Manage tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns and programs to improve overall campaign performance
  • (5%) Own agency and platform relationships on a daily/weekly/monthly basis for platform changes and management of goals
  • (10%) Devise, manage & implement Organic social strategy, including Facebook and Instagram
  • Collaborate with brand creative team to build out strategy and cadence
  • Create engaging content optimized for targeted audiences

(10%) Devise, manage, and implement omnichannel and store marketing programs to drive sales and traffic in store
Required Experience:


  • 5+ years of experience in digital/retail marketing role
  • eCommerce & Retail experience preferred
  • Experience in SEM or SEO on agency or client-side
  • Experience working in a direct marketing environment, preferably with an online retailer a plus
  • Demonstrated experience creating marketing reports
  • Understanding of international marketing trends and business concepts
  • Knowledge of analytics tools, preferred experience with Adobe Analytics or similar platform
  • Ability to work collaboratively and field requests from key internal stakeholders
  • Present data in an actionable and useful way to allow business owners to make decisions
  • Demonstrate resourceful problem solving ability and creative thinking skills as evidenced by prior campaigns
  • Comprehension of marketing campaign concepts (across multiple offline and online channels)
  • Worked in a direct marketing environment, preferably with an online retailer
  • Detail-oriented and an ability to juggle shifting priorities
  • Team player. Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
