Summary:

Atticus Franchise Group is seeking a high energy, hardworking individual to join the Recruiting team. This Individual will partner with the field Operations team to meet the evolving needs of the organization in order to deliver best in class talent for our Atticus Franchise Group portfolio. They will coordinate the full cycle recruitment process, including researching & sourcing candidates, pre-screening & interviewing, job offerings, negotiation, and acceptance. You will also set clear goals and work with your team to help them meet monthly quotas. The ideal candidate will nurture relationships and oversee the hiring process.

Responsibilities Include:

• Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
• Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures
• Work with the human resources department to confirm hiring needs and requirements
• Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques
• Process and track applicant job submissions
• Manage recruitment databases and advertising budgets
• Set clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment team
• Train and supervise recruiters in the correct company processes

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment with a high sense of urgency
• Above average communication skills, friendly, high energy and ability to learn a phone script for candidates
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Analytical, problem-solver, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Competent in Microsoft Office; talented in Excel
