Salesforce is searching for a self-starting and team-oriented marketing professional to join the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) Industry Marketing team!

This person will have a focus on helping define and communicate the core value of Salesforce for Healthcare organizations, which includes Providers and Payers. This person is passionate about taking the complex and making it simple, and has an understanding of marketing through the telling of compelling stories. There is an exciting transformation happening across the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry, and we are looking for a marketer who is energized by crafting killer positioning and messaging!   • Healthcare Industry Messaging & Narrative - Work with the industry's best marketing team to help define the messaging for the Provider and Payer industries, across all Salesforce products. This includes:
    • Partnering with premier product, sales and marketing teams to distill key functionality and market trends into solution marketing messages
    • Produce high-quality customer-facing content including presentations, demos, and beyond. First & Second Call Decks, FAQs, and more
  • Healthcare Awareness, Experiences and Go To Market - Support crafting and delivering compelling customer-facing content for the market - events, blogs, demos, and more.
    • Support differentiated event marketing experiences at Salesforce and industry third-party events
    • Develop effective sales training materials, making it easy for sales and partners to understand our solution offerings and key positioning
  • Healthcare Sales Plays and Solutions - Partner directly with teams across Healthcare to support the development and execution of the yearly and quarterly marketing strategy for Healthcare such as:
    • Lead industry solution and product launch plans, working closely with industry experts and marketing teams to ensure effective and ongoing relevancy in the market to drive demand generation and sales pipeline
    • Partner with other marketing specialist teams to implement innovative marketing campaigns, thought leadership, content marketing, webinars, SEO, and web design to build pipeline

Requirements:

  • Experience, confidence, and comfortability with public speaking and story-telling with customers
  • Successful history of delivering high fidelity, customer-facing content, events, webinars, campaigns, and more
  • A zeal and track record synthesizing sophisticated products and industry trends into simple, value-based positioning
  • Confirmed background shepherding cross-functional projects with high energy, personable, creative, and “get it done” mentality
  • Excellent writing skills, visual slide design, organizational acumen, and attention to detail
  • Direct experience working alongside demand gen, content, creative and sales teams
  • High energy, innovative, and creative
  • 1-3+ years relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
