Role Summary/Purpose:

Generate leads for prospective clients utilizing all available resources. Contact potential clients and obtain sales
appointments for the Account Relationship personnel. Coordinate calling campaigns with Account Relationship
Associates and Executives in implementing marketing goals and strategies.

Essential Responsibilities: •

Coordinate with the Account Relationship Supervisor (ARS), Account Relationship Associates (ARAs),
and Account Relationship Executives (AREs) to maximize marketing and sales plan results. •

Coordinate local sales campaigns and assist in marketing and appointment setting calls as necessary. •
Work with Marketing Department staff to develop email campaign content to support sales effort

nationally. •
Coordinate research of new local prospects with and for the ARAs and AREs. •
Perform prospect research using various publications and platforms including tax rolls, CoStar, Dunn &

Bradstreet, LinkedIn, and 10K reports. •
Update client and prospect data in the client resource management (CRM) system. •
Monitor, upkeep, and record keeping of all prospects in CRM, and assure ARA and ARE compliance.




Track successful sales activity and report weekly results. •
Compile and update weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports. •
Process and produce statistical reports for clients. •
Follow up on prospect/client feedback and tasks assigned by Director/Supervisor/AREs. •
Compose and write business correspondence. •
Perform administrative and clerical duties including processing incoming/outgoing mail, data entry, and

administrative support as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements: •

Two years’ experience of telephone sales or telemarketing required. •
Demonstrated PC literacy in general business applications is required. •
The ability to write reports and business correspondence and effectively present information and respond

to questions from clients, prospects and managers is critical. •
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical

procedures, or governmental regulations. •
Ability to work quickly and accurately with general business math concepts is required. •
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. •
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. •
May be required to be legally able to operate an automobile. •
Legal Authorization to work in the United States. •
Willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past

employment, criminal history, and educational background. •
Willing to submit to a drug test.

Desired Characteristics: •

College degree preferred. •
College level courses in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business or Finance preferred. •
Work experience in real estate or financial services industries preferred, but not essential. •
Knowledge of basic marketing concepts, general real estate, and awareness of property tax procedures. •
Proficiency in the following platforms is a plus: Salesforce.com, Excel, CoStar, Dunn & Bradstreet, and

LinkedIn.
