In this role, you will advocate for your clients by understanding their preferences, representing them when negotiating a sale and assisting them with every detail of their home purchase and sale. We will provide you with training and resources to prepare you to become a successful agent and you’ll have marketing and field support from start to finish for every deal. The real estate industry offers a lot of independence, so if you are a self-starter and enjoy flexibility, this position could be a good fit for you.

Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date on your local real estate market so you can offer clients an accurate comparison of home sales in their area
- Arrange home showings and hold open houses
- Advertise your real estate services to the local community
- Represent your clients' best interests during contract negotiations
- Communicate with clients regularly and check in on their needs
- Develop strategies to obtain referrals and build your client portfolio
- Build your business by serving customers generated by The Farren Group and then through your own repeat and referral network
- Utilize your own professional stature, expertise and relationships, coupled with The Farren Group’s reputation for excellence, to articulate the value of The Farren Group’s services
- Study and internalize scripts to qualify prospects, set appointments and sign agreements
- Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance, and sales metrics to hit team and personal sales goals
- Pick up the phone without hesitation to call leads and follow-up with prospects in an urgent manner
Qualifications
- Hold an active Georgia real estate license
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid network of relationships in the community preferred
- Proven client service and relationship-building skills
- Proven professionalism, ethics and character
Compensation
1099 (No ceiling commission)
Real estate agents receive compensation based on their transaction volume. When a sale or purchase is achieved, you will receive a competitive commission. The more sales you close, the more commission you earn. Real estate agents often earn more than $100,000 a year, but it can take a couple years to reach that goal as you build your client portfolio.
