We are seeking a Production* Assistant in our Atlanta offic*e. This position is responsible for assisting Property Marketing Specialists with the graphic design, e-marketing and photo editing demands related to the promotion of our real estate listings including the deliverables and marketing campaigns. Production Assistants are not client facing.

  • Time management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Able to learn quickly
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop


  • Assist with creating marketing deliverables, at the discretion of Marketing Specialists, that are needed for Broker Clients. This may include working behind the scenes, on the graphic design, layout and content of pricing analysis, offering memorandums, locations maps, team brochures, flyers, investment summaries, executive summaries, etc.
  • Provide quality control for all marketing deliverables in a timely and accurate manner (proofreading, style guide, production management, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain favorable relationships with partnered Marketing Specialists. Support Marketing Specialists to ensure production services consistently meet client and company needs.
  • Build email flyers and website landing pages using Hubspot email platform.
  • Serve as a member of the Property Marketing Team, which includes providing back up coverage for members, participating in team meetings, communicating regularly with the team and Property Marketing Coordinator, and assisting with work across offices as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
  • Well-versed in Adobe, Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with marketing automation and database programs such as Hubspot, Marketo, Constant Contact, or Salesforce is a plus, but not required
