Description:

Atlanta Workplace Services Supervisor will report to the Associate Manager of Workplaces Services. The Supervisor will lead a team of local Workplace Service Coordinators as part of the team responsible for managing the facilities operations. They are directly accountable for maintaining the buildings, real property, and related assets of Salesforce’s, downtown, Atlanta Campus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary leadership, people management, critical thinking, innovation, and multi-tasking abilities. Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of experienced Ambassadors & Coordinators, who oversee 161K sq. ft. of office space, and over 1,400 employees by providing regular 1:1’s, goal setting and adjustments, training, and career development opportunities
· Adapt to company growth, mergers and acquisitions, and change in direction on a regular basis
· Oversee and report on maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs of our real estate – requesting facilities support for all maintenance issues with building management via the internal work order system in a timely and efficient manner.
· Manage all facilities operations and tenant improvement projects
· Supervise delegation of all employee service requests
· Plan and organize work related to space and moves with Space Strategists and Space Champions
· Coordinate relocation service companies which include: move vendors, timing, communications, and Techforce/phone/data services
· Understand asset inventory and tracking
· Coordinate with Campus & ‘Ohana Floor Events Teams on all facilities related needs, logistics, and property requirements
· Oversee the hospitality and guest experience program
· Oversee the mail program
· Oversee the snack & refreshments program
· Oversee the local interior landscaping program
· Oversee operational expenses and invoices for the Atlanta campus
· Creative problem-solving skills to address any and all requests that come in
· Assist in managing special projects as needed
This is considered a “business-critical” role and the person would be in the office, 5 business days a week



Required Skills/Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
Have 3-5 years related experience: candidates with customer service or hospitality experience are particularly encouraged to apply
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and Building Trades
Ability to thrive and be flexible in a constantly growing and changing fast-paced environment
· Experience supervising a diverse team of individual contributors
· Facilities Management background preferred
· Self-starter; requires minimal supervision, and is pro-active
· Ability to plan, organize, and delegate
· Proficient in maintaining cooperative working relationships inside and outside of the organization
· Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
· Proficient at using the Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Quip, and Google Docs
· Must be willing/able to learn and use our internal Salesforce.com software application
· Must have a great can-do attitude and willingness to complete the job
