JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with brokers on property valuations by underwriting and analyzing the client’s quantitative property data
  • Experience completing ARGUS valuations, financial analysis and market research
  • Prepare various acquisition and disposition financial models, including cash flow analysis, zero cash flow financing pro formas, internal rate of return (IRR) projections and associated sensitivity analyses
  • Prepare disposition proposals and offering memoranda for new or existing assignments in conjunction with the marketing team and upper management
  • Abstract legal documents and other materials in the initial and closing due diligence process
  • Perform real estate market and location-specific research
  • Maintain, update and create financial models on an ad hoc basis relating to various client needs
  • Generate and maintain leads
  • Assess and summarize tenant credit and financial statements
  • Track comparable property sales, available properties and lease rates
  • Must obtain a real estate salesperson license within the first 6-9 months of employment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or closely related field
  • 2 or more years of work experience in Finance, Real Estate Law or Accounting

HELPFUL IF YOU HAVE…
