- Full-timeMueller is currently seeking a Corporate Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. This position will support recruitment efforts by focusing on sourcing, interviewing, process improvement, and supporting the business through identifying top talent.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure understanding of openings and to allow for a smooth recruiting and interviewing process
- Monitor the ongoing status of open positions in the applicant tracking system, Workday
- Pre-screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, select suitable candidates, and submit qualified applicants to hiring managers for review and interview
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
- Interface with all levels of management
- This role will primarily support the recruitment needs of the corporate office in Atlanta, GA as well as other key roles or functions as needed
- Other related duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
- 1-5+ years of experience recruiting and screening candidates. High volume recruiting experience ideal
- Proven ability to develop creative recruiting methods, support constant process improvement, and work well with all levels of staff and management
- Experience with an applicant tracking system. Workday experience desirable, but not required
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of Recruiting, HR concepts, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment
- Experience in prioritizing a large task load
- Outstanding administrative and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
