JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the overall talent acquisition strategy for FIFCO USA including the implementation and follow-through of TA processes. The TA Manager will work cross-functionally with Talent Operations, HRBPs, Finance and other departments to manage and plan for open headcount.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own, implement, and update TA processes
  • Actively source, interview, and manage the TA process for open roles within FIFCO USA
  • Actively exhibit a commitment to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Partner with respective HRBP to plan for anticipated open headcount
  • Work cross-functionally to manage Employer Branding initiatives
  • Collaborate with HRBP’s and other functions on DEI initiatives
  • Manage the confidential search process as needed
  • Manage annual TA budget including relocation and recruitment resources
  • Oversee and ensure the quality of the company onboarding process for new employees
  • Manage and develop direct report(s)
  • Track hiring metrics to maintain compliance of agreed upon recruitment process with hiring managers
  • Research, network, and partner with community programs focused on hiring
  • Miscellaneous projects and initiatives as directed by VP of Talent


EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR function
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience building or supporting a D&I strategy, agenda, and culture preferred
  • Previous experience in building employer brands preferred
