The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for activating the recruitment marketing strategy to facilitate job distribution and increased applicant flow for Inspire Brands and each of the restaurant brands in the Inspire portfolio. This role serves as the recruitment marketing liaison for the Field Ops and Support Center Talent Advisors and Scouts, as well as for the franchise community.
This is a 100% remote opportunity and can be located anywhere in the United States.
Provides recruitment marketing support to the Field Ops and Support Center Talent Acquisition teams, by: onboarding and training team members on recruitment marketing tools and resources; attending brand squad meetings to ensure overall alignment; facilitating/leading team trainings on platforms and processes to drive adoption; fielding recruitment marketing tech issues and funneling to the designated owners for resolution; equipping New Restaurant Openings (NRO), acquired locations, and new brands with appropriate recruitment marketing tools and resources; creating and submitting recruitment communications for brand updates; overseeing vendor and campaign reporting and distribution; presenting recruitment marketing updates in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to designated brand leadership.
Serves as the recruitment marketing point of contact for the brands’ Franchise Operations teams and the franchise community by: consolidating all recruitment marketing tools and resources into a hub accessible to each brand’s franchisees; maintaining and executing the franchise recruitment marketing comms plan to ensure timely and thorough communication of all tools and resources; fielding recruitment marketing vendor and/or tech issues and escalating accordingly; taking ad hoc meetings with Franchise Business Consultants and/or franchisees to share recruitment marketing recommendations.
Manages recruitment marketing pilots and hiring events from kickoff through implementation, rollout, wrap up, and assessment. Partners with pilot participants to gather feedback and make recommendations for next steps of the partnership.
Stays up to date on current industry and recruitment marketing trends, shares insights, and suggests partnerships/tools/resources/etc. to pursue.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years’ experience recruitment marketing, marketing, HR, or equivalent
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail
- Creative thinking and proactive problem solving
- Experience in implementing recruitment marketing strategy and processes a plus
- Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM software a plus
- Excel/reporting skills a plus
