As Head of Global Talent Acquisition, you will make finding, recruiting, nurturing, and hiring the world's top talent your #1 priority. You will be defining and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies, developing processes, and managing the metrics to make sure the talent team is running efficiently.

The successful candidate will be obsessed with building out highly scalable operations and passionate about developing and nurturing great people. You will act as a business partner to support key hiring initiatives and collaborate with department heads in building best-in-class systems of people at Cloudbeds.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive Cloudbeds’ recruitment strategy and recruiting process to help us beat our immediate and long-term hiring goals.
  • Lead & inspire an international recruitment team distributed across 10 time zones in executing our company-wide hiring plan.
  • Lead & mentor our technical, non-technical, recruiting operations, and marketing teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers and teams to design and execute effective sourcing, interviewing, and hiring strategies to recruit diverse, top industry talent and design a world-class candidate experience
  • Advise key stakeholders (hiring teams and senior leaders) on talent markets, produce talent pool and performance analysis/insights
  • Implement a metrics-based approach to recruiting to ensure the company hiring plan is achieved efficiently, using benchmarks for planning purposes and taking a data-driven approach to quickly identify and solve problems
  • Partner with Finance to create and build a global headcount tracker and planning system.
  • Innovate across key recruiting tactics - optimize job listings, talent marketing, recruitment campaigns, market research, social media and optimize the use of our Applicant Tracking System
  • Manage searches for executive-level hires across business units, including leveraging heading, staffing, and contracting 3rd parties where appropriate
  • In collaboration with marketing, further the development of our employment brand into a globally recognized home for the best forward-thinking technical talent, while balancing sustainability and retention.
  • Ensure HR compliance across the team, including data privacy regulations, across 10+ high-priority hiring markets and all 50 US states


You’ll Succeed With:

  • 10+ years of full-cycle technology recruitment including 5+ years of leadership experience with a successful track record managing diverse, dispersed, recruiting teams
  • High EQ and empathy, strong people skills, and ability to handle employee issues in a variety of cultural contexts
  • Deep understanding of and ability to use data to drive performance, find efficiencies, and diagnose issues within the recruiting process
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling building out Recruitment Operations and Talent Brand programs
  • Proven ability to build diverse high-quality talent pipelines and pools
  • Experience with popular ATSs, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and G Suite
  • Business level English fluency required
