About the Team

Administrative Support - Human Resources: Provides administrative support to the human resources function in the areas of HRIS/compensation/benefits, staffing/employment, employee relations, and/or organizational development (OD) and training. Maintains employee hardcopy files. Inputs employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database. Processes various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc. Conducts new-hire orientations. May prepare special reports, such as insurance, COBRA, OSHA, affirmative action and headcount using HRIS. Provides information to employees on matters pertaining to their personal employee information. At higher job levels, may perform duties otherwise performed by entry-level human resources generalist, such as conducting candidate interviews and performing data gathering and analysis as it relates to compensation and/or benefits activities. May write job descriptions. May facilitate employee training and be involved in needs assessments and recommendations. May conduct employee exit interviews and tally general statistics including headcount tracking. Survey Tip: If employee primarily performs secretarial, word processing, or administrative assistant tasks for Human Resources staff or management, match to Administrative Support (9901-9904) or Administrative Assistant (9912-9915).

As the Senior Talent Coordinator, you will be helping to build the future of Workday by supporting the recruitment of Workmates in our NA region. You will work alongside the Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to recruit the best talent by providing efficient, accurate and timely support of our interview processes. You will also play a critical role in ensuring each of our candidates has a great Workday experience. If you have a track record of delivering amazing customer service, are able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast moving environment, then this role and Workday may be a fit for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule complex in-person and virtual interviews globally

  • Manage the onsite experience for candidates

  • Manage candidate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements

  • Handle confidential candidate information with discretion

  • Maintain recruiting and human resources data in the Workday system

  • Communicate professionally at all times, represent the best of Workday to our candidates

  • Adhoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in human resources or a related administrative function

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality

  • Possess a positive, “can do,” service-oriented attitude, with excellent follow through on issues

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Self-starter with a great work ethic

  • Ability to be resourceful

  • Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently, experience in a fast paced high tech environment a plus

  • Ability to communicate professionally in formal emails to candidates and managers

  • Outlook, Excel knowledge, recruiting or human resources system experience a plus

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
