  • Build messaging and collateral that support new business and renewal conversations
  • Support teams throughout Payscale with training and tools that help them share the value of PayScale products

First Year in Role:

  • Within 3 months we will work together to have customer conversations and develop a real understanding of your target market.
  • Within 6 months you will develop collaborative processes and develop programs to support success metrics including customer adoption and new business.
  • Within your first year at PayScale you will be the market specialist in your product based on customer and market intelligence and will be actively participating in product strategy evolution. You have clear metrics in place that drive your success.
