Full-timeThe Talent Acquisition Manager will help attract qualified, diverse, and talented candidates. The Talent Acquisition Manager will provide overall direction and management to a team of TA Partners and will work together with regional HR business
partners and senior management to identify and successfully on-board highly-qualified key talent. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR Ops, Talent Development and Talent Pipeline to support strategic business initiatives, start ups, and new lines of business
Partner with Talent Acquisition and Operations leadership to develop a recruitment strategy that ensures delivery of expected business outcomes by evaluating, recommending, and implementing creative, cost-effective approaches to the recruitment process
Manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across all levels within their supported locations
Measure and drive recruiting metrics to continually improve the effectiveness of the function. Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers around progress against goals
Lead, mentor and develop a team of high-performing Talent Acquisition professionals in an extremely fast-paced environment
Proactively generate and drive process improvements to achieve more cost-effective and timely recruitment while always seeking to improve candidate experiences
Create and implement recruitment marketing strategies based on various labor markets and hiring needs
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure compliance on the pre- employment hiring process
Research competitor data and hiring trends
Partner with various vendors
Lead recruiting efforts for all Manager and Director roles in their business line, as needed
Ensure data integrity is maintained within the Applicant Tracking System and Talent Tools
Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Human Resources or related field experience.
5+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth company
Demonstrated success optimizing hiring processes and hiring great talent
Experience with recruiting and HR tools (ATS/HRIS, LinkedIn, etc) and techniques
Ease managing a robust pipeline of projects with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines with minimal guidance
Ability to travel up to 30% or more
