Full-timePOSITION SUMMARY We are hiring a Recruiter to join our U.S. AutoForce Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment, partnering with our warehouse Hiring Managers across multiple locations and states for their talent needs.
Ideal candidate will be based in the Southeast, preferably in or around the Atlanta, GA area with some schedule flexibility/remote work possible. Requires approximately 25% travel in support of onsite hiring events, as needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Recruiter for U.S. AutoForce, you will:
Successfully manage an average workload of 25-45 requisitions. Requisition volume will fluctuate with business needs
Manage the full cycle, high volume recruitment (source, interview, and fill) for hourly warehouse positions. This includes Material Handlers/Warehouse Operators, drivers and other warehouse team members
Coordinate and participate in grass roots Recruitment Marketing activities for U.S. AutoForce and division locations in terms of local job fairs, outreach, alternative radio/TV campaigns, networking etc.
Establish key partnerships with local diversity and veteran organizations
Follow recruitment processes, rules, and regulations to include proper documentation and dispositioning of candidates (we use Workday); maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and hiring manager interactions
Plan, evaluate, research, recommend, and implement systemic process improvements for the Talent Acquisition Team
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of high-volume staffing/recruitment experience
Experience managing a high-volume recruiting workload (i.e. 30 plus openings at a variety of levels).
Experience in various recruiting methodologies, including direct sourcing, networking and cold calling
General knowledge of recruitment/hiring laws and practices
Strong customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach
Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills is required, bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing
