The primary responsibilities of this position are to support the operational needs of the Talent Acquisition team to attract the best candidates possible, while serving as subject matter expert for all recruiting operations, tools, systems, programs, and processes. Will execute recruiting strategies and tactics to support the organization. Will manage projects to improve operational efficiency and data driven decision making across the Talent Acquisition organization.

Essential Job Functions (include the following):

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for all recruiting tools, Workday recruitment platform and programs.
  • Recommend, implement, and manage system and process improvements to current recruitment processes to provide high quality services to the Talent Acquisition team, Support Services, and the field.
  • Manage recruiting process documentation to ensure all processes are up-to-date and recorded.
  • Serve as the primary contact for support and maintenance of the applicant tracking system in Workday including researching and resolving escalated ATS issues. Assist in the review, testing and implementation of Workday upgrades and patches before roll-out to end user.
  • Oversee pharmacy job posting process working closely with TA Specialists/HR Generalists in each location to ensure all jobs are posted timely and accurately.
  • Responsible for collecting, analyzing, summarizing, and presenting recruitment data.
  • Assist with the review of behavioral/cognitive assessments as needed.
  • Manage the hiring process for assigned leadership/critical positions in Support Services and as needed in the field to include creating requisitions, reviewing resumes, phone screening, scheduling interviews, conducting face-to-face interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Conduct recruiting and systems training for managers and supervisors in the field.
  • Serve as a backup to the HR Coordinator to ensure the background check and drug testing processes are administered accurately and effectively in the HR Coordinator’s absence. Troubleshoot issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Prepare standard reports for hiring process, including key metrics for Talent Acquisition dashboard.
  • Assist with HR Operations projects as assigned, to include due diligence and onboarding of new acquisitions as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by HR Department.

Education and/or Certifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5+ years of experience in recruitment specialist/analyst role.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment systems-experience with Workday’s recruitment platform is preferred.
  • Good communication and facilitation skills are a must. Ability to deliver recruitment and Workday process training at all levels within the organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem solving/resolution and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Exceptional organizational and skills.
  • Strong computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel. Must be data savvy with solid analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
