We are the go-to technology platform for lodging businesses, and as a Recruiting Coordinator, you will help build and organize talent pipelines to some of the most imperative positions we hire at Cloudbeds. Scheduling interviews across departments, recruiting metrics, managing the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, offer creation, and tackling any other speed bumps in the hiring process are some of your daily tasks.

You will collaborate closely with our recruiting team, hiring managers, technical and non-technical teams, to help us meet our aggressive hiring goals. We are building a best-in-class talent team in an environment that cares deeply about its people and culture.

Location: Remote - United States

What You Will Do:

  • Works closely with recruiters, external agencies, sourcers, and other internal stakeholders in support of Cloudbeds hiring needs.
  • Educate our team globally and provide them access to our tools and workflows. (LinkedIn, JazzHR, Bamboo, Workday)
  • Support recruiting process to ensure superior candidate experience. This includes onboarding satisfaction surveys to highlight any needed changes based on feedback from our new joiners.
  • Help build information infrastructure to support a recruiting learning culture (i.e. content to help onboard and process instruction)
  • Create, maintain and improve hiring documentation on standard workflows, processes, and procedures. Help communicate to TA, clients, and partners when new workflows or tools evolve.
  • Support recruiters with offer letter processing, background checks, and ATS needs.
  • Partner with Recruiters and business leaders to identify and understand the position's technical requirements and ensure accurate posting descriptions.
  • Assist with talent pipelines for multiple job requisitions, including candidate management in the ATS, test administration, and managing job postings on multiple sites.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming requests and prioritize workload based on business needs.
  • Utilize our ATS to provide talent market insights, polished reports, and even raw data to drive the decision-making process.

You’ll Succeed With:

  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR coordinator, or EA in a software company
  • A general tech-savviness, understanding the start-up SaaS Industry, and a desire to keep learning.
  • A desire to be an essential member of a recruiting team for a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Desire to work in a collaborative environment while making contributions towards building processes and programs with a passion for diversity and inclusion.
  • Highly proficient with standard business tools and administrative software, such as GSuites, MS Word, MS Excel, Google Calendar, Slack, and Zoom
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong problem-solving abilities
  • BA/BS in Business, Communications, HR (or related fields) and/or equivalent experience
