QUALIFICATIONS: Delta Air Lines is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Lead to act as the lead and subject matter expert to support the design, testing, implementation and ongoing maintenance for SuccessFactors EC, PMGM, and Position Management You should have a good knowledge of Foundation Objects, MDF objects, and rules and workflows. This position is part of the IT SAP HR Team and will work in close collaboration with the business in HR.
To support the initial implementation then post-implementation ongoing maintenance, this position will:
Be responsible for gathering requirements, planning, analysis & troubleshooting of HCM and SuccessFactors systems
Ensure the design of system supports business needs.
Implement integrated and tested product on schedule.
Use system knowledge and expertise to understand business processes, gaps and opportunities to convert that knowledge into effective implementation.
Maintain functional knowledge of HR processes and platforms, as well as how data is used and integrated across recruitment and other areas of HR/HRIS to understand integration points and system dependencies.
Manage implementation of upgrades and patches post go-live - including testing, validation, communication.
Lead integration test planning activities, system change management activities, root cause analysis & process improvement initiatives for HCM system
Work with stakeholders to develop/maintain/run standard, compliance and custom reports.
Assist with the development of training documentation and delivering end user training as needed.
Troubleshoot, coach and provide general support and day-to-day issue resolution to end users in HR.
Perform analyses and developing solutions that solve business problems/opportunities.
Manage role-based security to ensure accurate functionality for users.
Maintain integrity and accuracy of HR data.
Coordinate with HR, IT and vendors to accomplish shared goals and assist with delivery of HR Technology roadmap initiatives.
Assist with production of high quality documentation, including business requirements, procedural documentation, operational and process flow documents, test scripts and communications. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources or related field strongly preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in SuccessFactors cloud based modules in a global technology environment. Prior experience implementing SuccessFactors modules in large enterprises. Knowledge of system application security and compliance best practices. Ability to work in a fast pace environment with accuracy. Demonstrated proficiency in system conversions, implementations, integrations with in-house and 3rd party solutions. Able to identify system solutions and solve business needs using HR systems. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex data issues to determine root cause. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Visio. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be self-motivated and able to function effectively when working independently or in a team. Results oriented and able to drive issue resolution. Detail oriented, organized, proactive. Strong time management skills.

SuccessFactors implementation and support experience.( LMS. Onboarding, Succession Planning, PMGM
Avature/ATS implementation & support experience.
Experience with SAP Integration.
5+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM
Strong functional knowledge of Successfactors
Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met
Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
