Honeywell’s Talent Acquisition Team is growing! This is a great opportunity to join the HBT Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a passion to identify and connect top talent to senior leaders. You will work in a fast paced, performance driven environment with a focus on delivering talent acquisition strategy to the HBT business. This role will support key function within Honeywell’s Building Technology group and work closely with our HR Sr Leadership teams, business leaders and RPO to develop strategy to attract talent globally. The Sr Talent Acquisition Manager reports to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition for HBT.


  • Create greater value and competitive advantage to Honeywell by attracting and identifying top talent resources capable of driving the company’s transformation agenda.
  • Develop strategic plans to improve selection quality, manager and candidate experience, and elevate Honeywell brand to deliver the best possible results to meet the organization’s talent objectives.
  • Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Leaders to understand business priorities. Be an expert in business acumen, talent pools, market potential and heading techniques.
  • Proactively research the market and identify ways to build talent pools for anticipated talent gaps.
  • Develop and continuously adjust key metrics designed to measure success for quality, speed, diversity and proactive sourcing.
  • Leverage succession plans and internal talent tools to validate bench strength and partner with Talent Management on success profile to consistently align on success requirements for all roles.
  • Leverage external market data, vendors, sourcing channels and the latest technology available to quickly build and maintain external talent pipelines. Drive continuous improvement and process efficiencies to enable digital.
  • Drive alignment and effectively influence stakeholders to drive decision making and solutions for talent placements.
  • May act as a liaison between the hiring manager, human resource partner and the partnered agencies on expected outcomes and results as required.
  • Work in a performance- metric driven environment where quality/quantity of hires, hiring manager/candidate experience, time to fill, diverse slates and requisition load are measured.
  • Influence build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience
  • 5+ years of experience executing sourcing strategies across a variety of disciplines
  • 3+ years experience in MS Excel inclusive of pivots, vlookup, data analytics
  • 3+ years in Project Management experience inclusive of HR transformation


  • Proven experience in placing diverse talent who had transformational impact on organizations and drove successful outcomes.
  • Proven experience in process turnaround to eliminate waste and create effective recruitment practices.
  • A combination of corporate recruiting and executive search firm experience is also desirable.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience Managing Talent Acquisition / executive search teams.
