This position is primarily responsible for maintaining and building the member base of the store. Upon arrival to the Daycare, each Pet Parent and dog will receive a welcoming and energetic greeting, by name, from the front desk staff. The Specialist is responsible for knowledge of the Daycare and has the ability to present it to any customer.

The Client and Memberships Specialist is an essential part of representing our brand and marketing by performing the following responsibilities:

  • Specialists must display, have knowledge of, and effectively explain the daycare and boarding model and the benefits of our services
  • Drive and maintain membership base for the Daycare, building rapport and long lasting relationships with prospective and current members
  • Present the best pass or membership option to prospective new members, converting Meet & Greets into Sales to meet the minimum requirements set for the Daycare.
  • Conduct daily outgoing Calls, text messages, and emails to prospective Pet Parents, converting generated leads to meet the minimum requirement of 20 Meet and Greets per week
  • Oversees and completes all functions of the front desk, including but not limited to: greeting all incoming guests, answering phones, describing and selling memberships/passes, checking in Dogs, scheduling daycare and boarding, booking spa appointments, and dealing with Pet Parent concerns.
  • Schedule, manage, and participate in weekly marketing and outreach efforts. Including but not limited to: Tabling events at local markets, booths at local fairs, set monthly in-store events, Guerilla marketing
  • Manage and drive the new pet parent referral program
  • Conduct the 11 Stop Tour to prospective pet parents at the Meet & Greet or come to the Daycare without notice
  • Manage the communications between prospective leads and the Daycare

  • Proven work experience in sales
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

  • Proficiency with computers and Daycare Software
  • Professional, Punctual, Reliable, and Neat
