We are looking for a confident, friendly, adaptable and quick thinking Retail Brand Ambassador with a passion for personal style, customer service, and ethical fashion. The ideal Retail Brand Ambassador is someone who has excellent communication skills to convey the story of The Bombchel Factory, our makers and small businesses represented in the store! We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Brand Ambassador to be the face of our company and promote our products and services. If you enjoy communicating with customers both online and offline, we would like to meet you.

BOMBCHEL is a Black-woman-owned African fashion wonderland located on the second floor of Ponce City Market. We specialize in bold, bright and beautiful clothing from woman makers all over the world. BOMBCHEL is a fun loving environment that emphasizes a comfortable and fun customer experience!

The ideal candidate will be an engaged and outgoing hype-person for our beautiful clients! They are a driven, self starter interested in growing their career upwards at a fashion start up company. They use their passion for style to market and model the products. They prioritize each client with styling recommendations, engaging conversations and a positive attitude!

This is not your typical retail job! As a Retail Brand Ambassador you will grow in your knowledge of fashion and small businesses. You will be representing a community of empowered women and have the opportunities to expand your skill set within a fun and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

  • Check out customers
  • Create social media posts from customer visits
  • General store upkeep
  • Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
  • Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers
  • Style looks on customers, mannequins and on yourself!
  • Assist in restocking, shipping orders, and event set up in store
  • Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
  • Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding customers’ requests

Skills

  • Previous retail experience
  • Experience creating online content
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional attitude
  • An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Employees will wear a mask and be fully vaccinated.

  • Atlanta, GA 30308: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
