SUCCESS DESCRIPTION As an associate with Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will be part of a diverse team, who you will work with to drive sales and provide an excellent client experience that represents the brand. As a Cashier, you will assist in the providing an excellent client experience and be accountable to record information for Client Relationship Management (CRM) strategies. Your daily presence on the sales floor will allow you to shape the brand experience and drive results. To be successful in this role you will operate with integrity, have a strong team mindset and be results driven. As a member of the support team, you will complete the client journey by processing the transaction, sharing company information, suggesting add-ons and recording client data. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES DRIVE RESULTS Support overall store sales to achieve or exceed sales goals, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets, such as Units per transaction (UPT), Conversion and Client Reachability Knowledgeable of sales tools such as, virtual selling, OMNI Channel, CRM (Client Relationship Management), etc. to ensure clients are receiving service that meets their needs EXCELLENCE IN CLIENT EXPERIENCE Reinforces client’s purchases and establish a connection to strengthen their relationship with the Company Knowledgeable of all collections and shares product knowledge (i.e. fit, styling, trends, fabrication, etc.) with clients Execute Client Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to ensure reachability expectations are met Working as a team, ensure a client centric sales experience that is representative of the brand and achieves Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), i.e. Conversion and UPT targets Support strong execution of OMNI channel, client initiatives (CRM) and charge sends TEAM CULTURE Contributes to a positive and energetic team culture and celebrates individual/team accomplishments Works collaboratively with colleagues to create cohesion and an atmosphere of mutual trust Pursues self-development opportunities, shares knowledge and supports others in doing the same Responsible for attending all training programs including Client Journey, OMNI Channel, etc. Understands their role and the impact of their position on the team and business VISUAL Support visual merchandising, presentation, and brand standards Support the execution of all corporate merchandising directives and floor sets, when needed Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean and organized and reflects the correct visual image Support the Back of House (BOH) ensuring it remains easy to navigate and compliant with safety standards Reports replenishment concerns to stock team and management OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE Responsible for accuracy when using POS, inventory management systems and any other store system (i.e. CRM) Participates in the execution in inventory counts Support proper and efficient maintenance of all back of house systems inclusive of receiving stock shipments, transfers, markdowns and handling of defective merchandise Ensure the compliance of all company policies and procedures Job Description | Cashier Page 2 of 2 EXPENSE OPTIMIZATION Participates in cost control by being mindful of expenses and conserving supplies QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Preferred retail experience in a similar position High School diploma/GED preferred Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as, POS, CRM, etc. preferred While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends PHYSICAL DEMANDS Activity Demands Frequency Sitting At Desk Occasional Standing/Walking Within Store Environment Frequent Lifting/Carrying Up to 50 lbs boxes, mannequins & other items Occasional Push/Pull Moveable shelving and doors Occasional Climbing Stairs and Ladders Occasional Reaching Below/Above Shoulder To reach higher items on shelves Frequent Fine Motor Tasks Computer Use, Garment Steaming, Applying/Removing Sensor Tags, etc. Constant Auditory & Vision Hear and see safety signals, read labels, registers, computers, etc. Constant COGNITIVE DEMANDS Activity Demands Frequency Communication Verbal & Writing Constant Supervise Teams Direct team members, monitor performance, ensure safety Constant Plan Strategize to drive business Constant Fine Audit / Analysis Accuracy of Transactions, Inventory, etc. Constant Administrative Tasks Various Frequent

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees are required to wear masks in the store and follow safety protocols throughout their shift. We do hand out masks to clients as they enter as well.
