What is shiftMD?

shiftMD, is a cutting-edge healthcare app for healthcare providers featuring an exclusive marketplace of women’s healthcare, non-prescription wellness products, specifically curated for female healthcare providers. With the tap of a button, healthcare providers can recommend beneficial products to patients, and their patients can get those products delivered straight to their doorstep. With an estimated 2.9 billion trips to the store to purchase non-prescription products each year in the U.S., providers and patients alike have been seeking a better, simpler way to access these important products.

What is the role?

shiftMD is currently seeking an Atlanta-based Provider Success Liaison who will be responsible for launching the shiftMD app to women’s healthcare providers in this key geography. The Provider Success Liaison-Atlanta will be a unique hybrid role with both outside sales and inside sales responsibilities. The position will be responsible for communicating the opportunity and value of the shiftMD, launch activities, relationship building and growth strategies for provider practices within female healthcare. This result-oriented, sales performer will bring value through targeted cold calling, strategic face-to-face sales calls, business-savvy provider video calls, virtual team trainings and meticulous follow-up to ensure maximum financial opportunity for providers while enhancing wellness for patients.

  • Team Players with ability to wear many hats and understand everyone’s success is interchangeable

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify target Obstetricians, Gynecologists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants in women’s healthcare in assigned territory and introduce the shiftMD opportunity
  • Utilize a consultative selling style as you will be providing tools that will save them time, generate income, and improve patient care
  • Provide on-going training for new product launches pertinent to the practice
  • Routinely communicate and track outreach to ensure productive and timely follow up leveraging in-person and virtual strategies.
  • Build relationships across entire practice ensuring value proposition is embraced at all levels of the account
  • Develop business plans for growth accounts and improvements plans for non-performing accounts to maximize income potential
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge, competition, positioning, science, and industry trends
  • Document all activity through CRM system
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 1 year business to business or pharmaceutical sales experience (women’s healthcare)
  • Demonstrated self-starter and highly motivated with the ability to work independently to deliver results
  • Strong verbal, sales persuasiveness, interpersonal and listening skills
  • Exceptional work ethic with a high level of persistence and initiative
  • Excellent business acumen, sound judgment and problem-solving ability with solid planning and organizing skills
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Candidate should reside within 25 miles of assigned geographic territory

COVID-19 considerations: Sales Representatives are required to be Vaccinated against Covid 19 to visit customers and Healthcare Facilities.

Compensation:

We offer competitive pay, a diverse benefits package, and generous paid time off.

  • Base salary plus uncapped incentive compensation

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
