We are looking for a self-starter and motivated candidate to sell our primary health care plan. We want to find someone who can articulate how much better a plan like ours would work for client’s population. Someone who is capable of building rapport with potential clients and able to maintain a working relationship with the client year over year for return business.
The right candidate will have experience in working with C-level executives, benefit brokers, and Human Resource contacts.
The successful candidate will be proficient in email campaigns and designing marketing pieces.
We are seeking an applicant who is eager to make calls and is very responsive to emails and other means of contact.
Strong customer service skills when challenging situations arise.
The contender for this role will show up and do what they promise for clients.
A background in employee benefits, sales (health plan side or payroll systems) would be ideal.
B2B sales experience of three years or more required.
This position will be paid a guaranteed salary for the first six months. After that, it will be base salary plus commission.
